Discussions focused on current challenges and innovative solutions for sustainable water management, both locally and globally. The event was also an opportunity for experts, aspirants and enthusiasts in the field of water to get together and forge valuable links.  <\/p>\n<p>The awards ceremony took place in three stages:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Welcome and presentation of the 2024 edition by general management<\/li>\n<li>Address by Anne-Pascale Richardson for the Fondation de Gasp\u00e9 Beaubien, Martine Lanoue for R\u00e9seau Environnement and Val\u00e9rie Sanderson for CentrEau.<\/li>\n<li>Unveiling of the winner: trophy presentation and speech<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ms. Soureyatou was honored for her project in front of the guests present and invited to say a few words. She gave an inspiring speech in which she thanked the organizers, jury members and supporting organizations, including Universit\u00e9 Laval&#8217;s Faculty of Science and Engineering, Investissement Qu\u00e9bec&#8217;s Centre de recherche industrielle du Qu\u00e9bec (CRIQ), her research team and friends and family. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This recognition gives me the motivation to preserve water quality, continue my studies and always strive for excellence. I hope to inspire young people to adopt water professions to preserve the resource not just for Quebec, but for the whole world.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Finally, guests were invited to explore the water museum, while refreshments and light bites were served at the reception desk.<\/p>\n<p>C.I.EAU would like to thank all the partners and contributors to this year&#8217;s Prix de la
